When interior designer Cecelia Dupire first purchased her Southampton home, it was a small and rather dilapidated 1960's building — but it was its setting by the water, surrounded by trees, that really sold her on it. After renovations the final result inside is a luxe minimalism, one that serves as an elegant counterpoint to the lush nature outside. More photos here on Architectural Digest.
