Exploring a new city. This lovely photo of the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris — which we walked through every morning while we were there — has me longing to go back.

Built in 1924, this modernist building had long been empty and abandoned when photographers Bèla Adler and Salvador Fresneda were shown it by a promoter friend. Its central city location, high ceilings, natural light and space were exactly what they were looking for as somewhere to both live and work. Their collection of vintage furniture, artwork and striking colour choices definitely make this a vibrant, creative and welcoming place to be. More here on Elle Decor España.

Today I'm admiring the delicately beautiful work of Dutch artist Anne Ten Donkelaar, who creates exquisite Flower Constructions, three dimensional collages made from pressed flowers and cut out flower pictures. Gorgeous. See more on her website here.
